KOLO Foundation supports mobile evacuation with emergency equipment
The project has been operating since March 2022. Together with the Medical Forces Command, we have completely changed one stage of the evacuation of the wounded. More than 70% of the wounded have been transported and rescued thanks to mobile hospitals on the railroad. But we will be able to talk about this after the Victory. We are very concerned about the safety of our wounded and doctors.

Evacuation of Wounded
At the beginning of a full-scale war, the Russian Federation used a large number of cruise and ballistic missiles, which made it impossible to use air ambulance to evacuate the wounded.
Transportation of the wounded by road did not solve the issue and here the railway came in handy.
Thanks to mutual understanding with the leadership of the Medical Forces Command and Railways, the conversion of medical wagons was quickly started.
This project cannot be public now, given the safety of wounded, injured and medical personnel.

Recently, there was a presentation of the project to the President of the European Commission Ursula Von der Leinen and the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.
