Most of our projects already have their own history. Exactly 9 years ago, on October 20, Olena Kryvenko, during her first cadence as Chairman of the KOLO Foundation, transferred her first charitable support (medical equipment) to the Main Military Clinical Hospital of the National Medical Center.
Human connections and mutual assistance are what charity is based on. The project with the Main Military Clinical Hospital was no exception.
Since 2014, Volodymyr Nechiporuk, the head of the KOLO medical department, personally helped this hospital with everything necessary. And since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, this activity has grown into daily communication and a quick response to the needs of doctors who saved lives.

When the full-scale war began and Kyiv was almost surrounded, there were no resources or medicines. The warehouses were either in occupation or on the front line. From that moment, she began regular interaction between the Foundation and the hospital, which grew into several extremely important projects - the creation of a new admission department, the supply of HAC devices and mobile evacuation.

In our case, such close cooperation is an important resource for the Foundation. Since we receive mutual expert and consulting support from leading Ukrainian doctors regarding the needs, specifications of equipment and necessary medicines.

The main figures and results of our cooperation for the period from February 24 are:

- Transfer of 4 В BRAUN DIALOG plus hemodialysis systems with 2 water purification devices for them, numbers of equipment units, of which “NPWT” devices for N sum
- 4 modern artificial kidney machines. And 2 water purification devices
- The project of creating a modern admission department of the GVKG. “From the flame we born" - became the fundraising locomotive of this project. The first need for necessary medical equipment was closed for UAH 17,254,772.
- Mobile evacuation of wounded
