Iryna Soloshenko Among the 100 Strongest Women of Ukraine 2025

Yesterday marked a significant event — the UP100. The Power of Women 2025 award ceremony, bringing together true leaders in their fields: medics, volunteers, defenders, entrepreneurs, and public figures who work tirelessly every day to change Ukraine. With great pride and gratitude, we congratulate our colleague, Iryna Soloshenko, Head of the Medical Direction at CF KOLO, who has been recognized with this prestigious social award in the "Society" category.

This recognition is not only a personal achievement but also a symbol of the vital work carried out by the Foundation's team alongside Iryna. Thanks to her dedication, deep understanding of the realities of war, compassionate heart, and unwavering care, hundreds of thousands of defenders receive high-quality medical assistance — in evacuation trains, at the Armed Forces Blood Center, and in the Main Military Clinical Hospital. She is an integral part of a greater mission that saves lives and gives a future to those defending Ukraine.

This year's award is dedicated to an extraordinary woman — Iryna Tsybukh. A medic, a rescuer, and a defender who devoted her life to serving others, risking everything to evacuate the wounded from the most dangerous frontlines. She saved thousands of lives, yet, tragically, last year, she lost her own on the battlefield, leaving behind an immense legacy of strength, dignity, and devotion to her country.

Iryna Soloshenko shared her thoughts in a heartfelt post on Facebook:
"It is unbearably hard when an event that last year honored one of the 100 Strongest Women now becomes a tribute to her memory. With deep respect for the service of Iryna Tsybukh. And for all the sisters-in-arms. The youngest honoree is seven-year-old Sasha Paskal, whose leg was taken by the Russians but not her dream of becoming a gymnast. The oldest is a 72-year-old medic who survived the defense of Azovstal and captivity—she was eventually freed. A soldier, Teplyuk."

This award is about those who work relentlessly for Ukraine. Those who lead, inspire, create new opportunities, and drive our nation forward.

Tata Kepler on Iryna Soloshenko: "I don't know how such immense strength fits into such a delicate and fragile person. But I believe her veins flow with love and defiance. That’s how I would describe Iryusha if someone asked me about her—she knows how to love and doesn't know how to stop. And that is what helps her save thousands of lives.
I am so happy that we are finally opening our eyes, seeing, and hearing the names of those who have kept us standing for so many years. Iryna Soloshenko is one of those vital names. Through her unique ability to never stop, she instills hope that we will not be lost."

We are grateful to Ukrainska Pravda for launching this important initiative and for the opportunity to honor Ukrainian women who fight for the future on all fronts.

And we are proud to stand alongside Iryna Soloshenko.
Together, we change the system.
Together, we save lives.
Together, we bring victory closer.
